Meet Mary Beth
I’ve proudly called this vibrant city of Charlotte home for more than 36 years, and I currently reside in SouthPark. Watching Charlotte grow and evolve over the years has been a true joy. Before settling here, I had the incredible opportunity to live in California, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the nuances involved in relocating, making me well-equipped to help clients transition smoothly, whether they’re moving to Charlotte or embarking on a new adventure elsewhere.
With more than 14 years of experience in residential real estate in Charlotte, I also bring a strong corporate background to the table. My previous roles at Citicorp Mortgage and Merrill Lynch Advisors have equipped me with valuable sales and marketing skills that I now apply to residential real estate. I strive to make the buying and selling process as streamlined and stress-free as possible for my clients.
I attended Vanderbilt University and graduated from the University of Kentucky (Bachelor's in Business Administration).
I am a proud Mother of three awesome sons, Field, Patrick, and Ward, and Grandmother to 2 precious grandchildren. My other child is Lolli, the chocolate lab.
Fun Facts
- Favorite vacation spots are the Isle of Palms and Charleston, SC. European adventures are also delightful!
- I am fond of cooking/baking for my extended family and friends, and even used to own a catering company!
- When not selling real estate, I enjoy poking around antique stores and flea markets on the weekends. Playing tennis/golf, walking and reading on my back porch are also favorite pastimes.
