Relocation Team

Pappas has more than 30 years of relocation experience and also holds many impressive relocation designations. She holds her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Relocation Certified Coordinator (RCC) and Global Destination Specialist (GDS) designations. She also assisted Dickens Mitchener in solidifying some strategic memberships with the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, the Charlotte Chamber Economic Development Council and the Charlotte Metro Area Relocation Council. She also has been honored with The President's Service Award, Relo Direct Platinum Service Excellence Award in 2016 and 2018, and inducted into the Relocation Hall of Fame in 2018.

Under Pappas's powerful leadership, the relocation department has been honored with numerous awards for outgoing and incoming referral performance and marketing. The department was recently re-certified for the prestigious RELO Quality Certification (RQC), a designation that is held by less than 4% of the top real estate companies in the world, and in 2012, Dickens Mitchener won the International Properties Award for best real estate company in North Carolina. Pappas has served as Chairman of the Advisory Council and the Board of the Relocation Director’s Council.
