Meet Vicky
North Carolina native Vicky Mitchener is the high-energy driving force behind the Dickens Mitchener team of real estate professionals. After graduating from Wake Forest University with a degree in political science, Mitchener began an award-winning career as an executive with Xerox. Following five fulfilling years of travel, promotions, and intensive corporate sales experience, she was ready for a new career challenge.
In 1988, Mitchener became a licensed REALTOR® and entered the competitive Charlotte real estate market, where she quickly established herself as one of the city’s top agents. However, she recognized that the local real estate industry lacked the technology and marketing innovation needed to better serve clients and agents alike.
Driven by this vision, she set out to create a forward-thinking, innovative, and strategic real estate firm built on the latest technologies and shared information. Her goal was to simplify the entire real estate process for both agents and, more importantly, clients. Today, she brings more than 30 years of experience to the table, along with impressive annual sales exceeding $30 million.
