LeadingRE Limitless Conference 2026

Earlier this month, agents from across the globe gathered at the Wynn in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the Annual Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Limitless conference.

 

Our founder, Vicky Mitchener, and Aubrey Grier, VP of Public Relations, were accompanied by our agents Jeff Murdock, Joan B. Goode, and Fran Miller at this year’s event, where they celebrated and learned from others across the LeadingRE network. This group looks forward to this event each year to gain industry insights and network with like-minded professionals. Fran Miller says, “attending the conference gave me a great boost of both energy and confidence. It’s helpful to step away from the day-to-day and spend time thinking about the bigger picture of our business.”

 

This year, Dickens Mitchener Relocation and our VP of Relocation, Catharine Pappas won all four awards we were nominated for:

 

1. Peak Production Award: Awarded to the top member company in each company size category with the most revenue-generating sales volume in 2025.

2. Pinnacle Award: Awarded to the top member company in each company size category with the most broker-to-broker outgoing revenue-generating closings in 2025.

3. Crown of Excellence Award: Awarded to a member company in each company size category with the highest point total earned from their performance ranking within the following categories: Outgoing Referral Production (RP), Outgoing Sales Production (SPR), Equivalent Closing Sales Production (EqC SPR).

4. Diamond Award: Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s highest performance and participation honor. Awarded to a member company in each company size category for achieving recognition in multiple referral performance awards, exceeding company production goals, and participating in events throughout the year.

 

Each of these awards highlights the great care we put into assisting our clients, whether they’re moving within Charlotte or need help buying or selling a home outside of the Queen City.

During a breakout session, agents explored practical ways AI can streamline and optimize their work. Used strategically, AI helps agents work more efficiently while allowing them to focus on what matters most, personal connections.
