New listings increased over 2020, despite the housing inventory trending low this year. Sales all around are up as well as the average sales price which has increased by 18.8% over 2020. Homes are closing at 100.7% of list price, which is up 3.5% over 2020. Days to close have gone down with an average of only 76 days from list to close. The biggest mover is that the cumulative days on market have dropped from 49 days in 2020 to only 23 in 2021.
