We love our Charlotte community, and this February we’re reflecting on meaningful ways to share the love with those in need.
At Dickens Mitchener, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home. That’s why, in 2020, we launched the Homeowner’s Impact Fund to help end homelessness in Charlotte.
“Being in real estate for more than 30 years, the Homeowner’s Impact Fund is one of the things I’m most proud of,” HIF Founder and Dickens Mitchener owner Vicky Mitchener says. “Charlotte’s real estate industry is tremendous, and while some have benefited from the strength of our market, it has created a real housing crisis for many of our neighbors.”
Thanks to the generosity of our incredible community, we’ve raised over $1 million to date through HIF.
If you’re ready to make an impact today, please consider making a monetary donation to HIF. We have four tiers of recommended support, but every dollar counts.
