Dickens Mitchener agents will continue to offer a full range of services for buyers. We have adapted our efforts to stay digitally connected and help our clients through online consultations, video tours, and in-home property visits while following the CDC guidelines. The safety and health of our clients and our agents are always our priority.
Each Dickens Mitchener home tour will observe the following guidelines for all showings.
Guidelines for Buyers
- Have you had a fever within the last 24 hours or been in contact with anyone who has had a fever?
- The agent & client will travel in separate cars for safety.
- No more than 3 people can be in a home at one time.
- The agent will sanitize, wear protective equipment & will go into the home first to turn on lights, open doors, etc.
- Sanitize before entering, wear mask, gloves, booties(if available). If no booties, please remove shoes before entering the home.
- Do not touch anything in the home, open any cabinet doors, sit on the furniture, or use the facilities.
- Sanitize immediately upon leaving the home.
- The agent will wipe down any surfaces before leaving the home.
- Notify us of any symptoms. If you test positive for Coronavirus in the 14 days after the visit, please notify your agent or the DM team.
