We have adapted our efforts to stay digitally connected and help our clients through online consultations, video tours, and in-home property visits while following the CDC guidelines. The safety and health of our clients and our agents are always our priority.
Each Dickens Mitchener listing will observe the following guidelines and have them posted in the home for all showings.
Guidelines for Sellers
- Have you or anyone in your household had a fever or been in contact with someone who has had a fever in the last 24 hours? If so, please cancel the showing.
- Please open cabinets, doors, turn on lights, set up any special features, confine or move pets, and remove non-essential items from surfaces before you leave the home.
- The agent will wipe down any surface they were in direct contact with during the visit.
- Clean the premises afterward and wipe down any surfaces that may have been touched, i.e., countertops, door handles, light switches.
- Disinfect the shoe area outside the home.
- Please let the agent know if there are any special requests prior to the visit that are not covered here.
- Notify us of any symptoms. If you test positive for Coronavirus in the 14 days after the visit, please notify your agent or the DM team.
