Earlier this week we held our Annual Recognition Event at the Duke Mansion. We celebrated the hard work our agents put in 2025, and set the tone for an energized and focused 2026.
To kick off the morning we welcomed our guest speakers, Matt Bonelli and Garrett Frey, the co-founders of Life at Ten Tenths. Life at Ten Tenths is a coaching company and podcast helping real estate professionals by aligning their life and business.
During the event, Matt and Garrett recorded a live podcast, which some of our agents are featured in. The group discussed strategy and dug deep into questions, setting the tone for a successful 2026.
There was so much to celebrate, as we close out a record-breaking 2025. Dickens Mitchener agents collectively closed over $914 million in 2025, with an average sales price of $1.058 million.
