We are so proud of our team and thrilled to share that Dickens Mitchener took home two awards: the Global Referral Award and Crown of Excellence.
The Global Referral Award recognizes excellence in assisting clients with real estate needs outside of their local market, collaborating with fellow LeadingRE members in the destination market, while the Crown of Excellence Award is given to leaders in outgoing referral production and outgoing sales production.

Each of these awards highlight the great care we put into assisting our clients, whether they’re moving to Charlotte or need help finding a home outside of the Queen City.
The week was, of course, filled with celebrations and award ceremonies, but we were also there to learn.
It was encouraging to learn that Dickens Mitchener is doing a lot of things right. The basics of customer service and care can get lost in larger companies, but here, we take care of people in a small-town way, Pappas says. It was also clear clients are using social media, now more than ever, to decide who to work with. Continuing to provide that personalized touch for clients, creating thoughtful content, and ongoing education for our agents will be paramount to providing the best service possible!
Going into the spring 2025 market, we feel so invigorated after meeting with top leaders around the world! We’re also so grateful for the clients who trust us to help make their dreams a reality.
