Our VP of Relocation, Catharine Pappas, recently returned from The Relocation Director’s Council’s (RDC) spring meetings held in Denver, CO. During the four-day meeting, attendees participated in panels and round table discussion related to the impact of the Buyer’s agent compensation laws and how they impact the relocation industry.

Catharine is serving her 6th year on the Board of Directors of RDC, shared tips on preparing for a group move and discussed tools that every relocation director needs to have at their fingertips to ensure a successful outcome.

The cornerstone of the meetings was a CEO panel hosted by Anupam Singhal, CEO of WERC. Panelists were Susan Benevides, CEO of Plus Relocation, Joe Cardini, CEO of Bristol Global Mobility and Michelle Moore, COO of NEI Global. The panel shared very frank conversations about the costs of relocating employees and discussed several scenarios to obtain quality relocation services for the employees and their families.
