We are in unprecedented times in the United States, and especially in Charlotte, North Carolina, where we will start a “Stay at Home” order for all of Mecklenburg County on Thursday, March 26, 2020, until April 16, 2020. We are still receiving guidelines on the “essential” part of the real estate transaction, but we would like to relay to you that our team of trained relocation agents is taking every precaution to ensure, to the best we can, the safety and well-being of everyone.
Effective immediately:
- We will be conducting virtual tours and phone consultations only.
- If you are considering listing your home in the near future, please use this time to get organized. We have a checklist of tasks that we would be happy to share with you to get your home ready to show when you are ready to list.
- We anticipate that this pause will create a backlog of sellers and buyers, and we anticipate that April will be a very busy month.
