Guidelines for Sellers

1. Have you or anyone in your household had a fever or been in contact with someone who has had a fever in the last 24 hours? If so, please cancel the showing.
   
   
2. Please open cabinets, doors, turn on lights, set up any special features, confine or move pets, remove non-essential items from surfaces before you leave the home.
   
   
3. The agent will wipe down any surface they were in direct contact with during the visit.
   
   
4. Clean the premises afterwards and wipe down any surfaces that may have been touched ie. countertops, door handles, light switches.
   
   
5. Disinfect the shoe area outside the home.
   
   
6. Please let the agent know if there are any special requests prior to the visit that are not covered here.
   
   
7. Notify us of any symptoms. If you test positive for Coronavirus in the 14 days after the visit, please notify your agent or the DM team.

Guidelines For Buyers

1. Have you had a fever within the last 24 hours or been in contact with anyone who has had a fever?
   
   
2. The agent & client will travel in separate cars for safety.
   
   
3. No more than 3 people can be in a home at one time.
   
   
4. The agent will sanitize, wear protective equipment & will go into the home first to turn on lights, open doors, etc.
   
   
5. Sanitize before entering, wear mask, gloves, booties(if available). If no booties, please remove shoes before entering the home.
   
   
6. Do not touch anything in the home, open any cabinet doors, sit on the furniture, or use the facilities.
   
   
7. Sanitize immediately upon leaving the home.
   
   
8. The agent will wipe down any surfaces before leaving the home.
   
   
9. Notify us of any symptoms. If you test positive for Coronavirus in the 14 days after the visit, please notify your agent or the DM team.
